X-Box or Playstation?

I'm thinking about getting one of these deals. I hear they've come a long way since the days of Centipede and Ms. Pac-Man. I know X-Box is Microsoft and Playstation is Sony... and I know they're both coming out with newer versions for Christmas... but I don't really care about having the latest and greatest.

So speak to me, people. Should I get one, and if so, which one should I get? What are the best games? I want answers, and I want them now.

I'm thinking of buying an I-Pod.

What does that have to do with it? This is MY blog! It's all about ME, ME, ME!!!

Save the money and put it into your computer, or a new one. Just buy a good gampad for the PC and play all of your games on that.

All depending on the games you play. I usually only play EASports games.

Flipphead-

Thanks, and welcome to DyckerBlog!!

I'm more interested in action games (the kind where I get to kill people) and maybe something like a flight simulator game. Are those available for PCs?

also MS flightsimulator is as clos as it gets to real flying.

Dyck, this is an old PC game but I think you'd enjoy Tomb Raider for two big reasons.

Now if you want to spend some money, insult people in real time, and ride the ragged edge of banishment I'd recommend EverQuest.

Cessna - Yes, I looked at Flight Simulator today. I've heard it's pretty good. Thanks for the tip.

Scarlet - EverQuest sounds like it was made for Dyckerson!! I'll have to look into that one!

With an I-Pod I can listen to music and watch TV shows. I happen to be a fan of Quantum Leap. Have you ever seen the show?

Also they will be improving the I=Pod so eventually you can watch movies on it too.

But can you kill people with an I-Pod?

If you throw it hard enough.

What ecp said and I have to find out if you can play games on it. You can definitly watch people getting killed on it.

Dyck, gotta go with X-Box. I went with PS2 only because I play a ton of sports games and they're better on PS2. BUT... if it's blood and guts you desire... X-Box since the game is basically played through a hard drive... it's much faster as far as game play and loading times.

Thanks Walmart. That's what I'm leaning toward now. But good God, those games are expensive!! Grand Theft Auto-San Andreas is fifty fucking dollars!! I can tell you right now, I'm buying used!!

If you want blood and senseless violence... BY ALL MEANS... GTA San Andreas is worth every F'n cent! I would suggest forking out the $15 for the strategy guide. Even if you just want to play the game for the pure violence, you need the codes to the weapons too.
Also, if you go used, check out GTA Vice City. You can never go wrong with strip joints and a guest appearance by Jenna J.
